For deeper study and further verification, the angiogenesis-inhibiting function of Okinawa mozuku derived fucoidan and Mekabu-derived fucoidan by using human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). The Angiogenesis-inhibiting effect of mekabu-derived fucoidan was greater than that of Okinawa mozuku-derived fucoidan.

Based on the result from the NPO Research Institute of Fucoidan, the synergetic effect of Fucoidan Mix showed a much high level of physiological activates.
