L.A. La Habrá  72yr old. T E (Thyroid cancer metastasized to Lung and Air duct)

On May 8, 2008, I went to “Chung Hospital” in L.A. for ultrasound over the neck. When the reports arrived, the doctor found Thyroid cancer.  Soon after the diagnosis, I had an operation to remove the whole Thyroid in August 2008.  Before the X-ray, Cancer was only observed in the Thyroid. However, when the doctor was performing the surgery, he found that the Cancer was metastasized to the air duct.  There was a 1cm of Tumor. As the doctor was not specialized in the air duct, he only dissected out the Thyroid, and the Cancer in the air duct remained. Following that surgery, I spent a lot of money on more surgeries, and I also had Pneumonia caused by an infection after the operation.

I want to advise cancer patients to make sure they get the surgery done in a trusted and safe environment. Otherwise, you might get other problems such as infected diseases due to the surgery.

In March 2009, I checked the Air duct tumor, but it had then grown to 3 cm.  Adding to the worry, 25 small tumors were detected in my lungs. Concerning air duct cancer metastasized by thyroid cancer, the doctor’s opinion was to remove the cancerous area in the air duct. However, this type of surgery meant that I’d be immobile and helpless. I might have had to live with a tube through the neck attaching a voice aide machine and get food directly through the stomach. So, I decided not to follow the doctor’s suggestion and wanted to keep my quality of life. 

From April 2009, I traveled down to Tijuana, Mexico, where I got I.P.T. chemotherapy (Low Dosage Chemo). Before this therapy, I used to eat 100% raw food and vegetable juice, but they didn’t work against the Cancer. Mexico’s treatment was somewhat successful as the Cancer didn’t grow further or metastasize. However, it didn’t satisfy my goal of decreasing or curing Cancer. I was a bit disappointed, so I started looking for other supplements. 

That’s when I heard about the Fucoidan through an advertisement over the radio a few times. Also, the decision to buy the products came from the recommendation from one of my neighbors, a lady who benefited from the Fucoidan. I purchased a capsule-type product on January 7, 2010, and began taking ten capsules a day. At first, I didn’t feel any changes, at least for the next few months. So, I visited the Fucoidan office and heard about other customers’ testimonials and dosages they took. After the consultation by a customer representative, I increased the dosage up to 30 capsules per day. Seven before each meal, nine before sleep. 2-3 days later, I was feeling hot, having gained some energy, but in the meantime, red spots frequently emerged around the neck and over my arm.

In 40 days with 30 capsules, I regained total physical energy with a healthy face. Family and friends told me that I look much better than before. Early this year, when I was taking ten capsules, I, strangely, used to feel so cold that I had to put on a heavy jacket and hat to go out, looking bizarre in warm L.A. weather. However, after increasing the dose, taking 30 capsules a day, I didn’t feel cold during my 30 minutes walk. In addition, as a result of more exercise and active workouts, I didn’t have yellow phlegm in the throat anymore.

As things began to get better, I got a C.T. scan done in April, but the tumor size was still 3cm, and worryingly the cancer metastasis to bone was suspected too. To look at the details of the metastasis, I underwent M.R.I. scan a week later. So, this time the metastasis wasn’t observed. As I couldn’t trust both results by myself, I went for a P.E.T. scan in Cyberknife hospital. The doctor explained that there was only 30% of cancer activity around the area. Later, additional Ultrasound showed 3cm cancer, and the number of White blood cells increased from 4k/ul to5.9k/ul.

As most tests confirmed 3cm cancer in the air duct, I finally decided to have surgery to get rid of the Cancer. However, to everyone’s surprise, during the scheduled operation on June 8, the medical doctor could not find a cancer spot in the air duct. The 3 cm cancer had disappeared!   It ended up being an unnecessary operation. Even though I was happy that there was no more cancer in the air duct, I suffered several aftereffects following the surgery. I was also sent to the Emergency Room due to problems in my lungs. I even suffered from measles which caused discharge and secretion from the head and itch over the whole body. To get away from the aftereffects ideally, I was vaccinated against shingles which are generally expected to come after measles.

I think difficulties and side effects such as Pneumonia and measles were not from the cancer treatment itself but from the aftereffects from the surgery. Whatever happens in my life now, I decided not to have any more surgeries in the future.

In the last 22 months, I underwent enema therapy, raw food therapy, and chemotherapy but the most effective helper was Fucoidan that cured the Cancer in 3 months. I am so happy with Fucoidan. 

The doctor also later advised that 25 small tumors in the lung have disappeared, and only two tumors of 1.5 cm were detected.  For the lung and to reduce the risk of potential metastasis in other organs, I will continue to take 30 capsules in the next few months and gradually decrease to 20 capsules if the lung cancer gets better.
