I am so thrilled to introduce you to a testimonial regarding the effect of fucoidan in this blog.

A friend of mine, an acupuncturist, acquainted a 67-year-old lung cancer patient with fucoidan. She was diagnosed with stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma in November 2015. She underwent a total of 12 and 30 times of chemotherapy and radiation therapy respectively, before and during the treatment of fucoidan.

After researching and reading through the effects of fucoidan, she had high hopes that this remedy (fucoidan) would eventually destroy cancer. Therefore, she started with fucoidan on December 16, 2015. She hardly experienced any side effects during conventional cancer treatment.

Her radiation therapy came to an end on 1st February 2016 and chemotherapy on 1st March 2016. She found out through CT and PET scans that, with the help of conventional cancer and fucoidan treatment, her tumor had shrunk by 66% and that the doctor couldn’t find any metastasis in March 2016. She was then referred to USC for the surgical removal of tumor however, she declined. On May 24th, 2016, she had a CT scan followed by bronchoscopy and biopsies on June 20th, 2016. The results, however, detected no sign of any tumor, what the surgeon saw in his opinion was just scar tissue.

The results of her procedure were received on July 5th, 2016, no active tumor was detected and all the biopsies came out negative.

Can you imagine the amount of joy and delight the patient had? I for one was overjoyed to hear her story and was glad to have introduced her to fucoidan

I know she may not be like everyone else undergoing cancer treatment, however, she did enjoy the quality of life, as she kept on working, without suffering any side effects during the conventional cancer treatment.

I believe fucoidan can provide cancer patients with hope and quality of life.
